This Saturday the Beaver Valley Community Centre could be in quite a pickle.
“We are working with Pickleball Canada, the Pickleball Association of Ontario and ParticipAction to help promote the sport of Pickleball,” said Harry Stevens. “It is the fastest growing racquet sport in Canada and the USA.
Thornbury is one of the most active pickleball Communities in Ontario with the least number of courts,” he added. “We are are at present #40 on the ParticipAction 150 play list. Please help us celebrate this Saturday. Aug. 12, 1pm to 5pm. Pickleball for All at the BVCC. Everyone is welcome to this introduction.”
